Needless to say, it’s not just awesome pumpkin cookies that my Mom is known for – in fact, I would argue that I think I probably look forward to her Christmas cookies even a little bit more than the pumpkin variety that I’ve grown to look forward to each fall harvest!
She makes them in everything from Christmas trees to stars, snowmen and candy canes, but just between you and me, the Santa ones are pretty much the best cookies on Earth… 😉
