Fall TV Premieres – the good, the bad, and the ugly

The Simpsons – good, solid comedy … granted, I am a bit biased with this one…

Family Guy – tolerable, but still pushing the limits of what’s enjoyable

The Cleveland Show – absolutely horrible, it’s mere production shows just how much pull Seth MacFarlane has right now from Family Guy’s success

Curb Your Enthusiasm – last season wasn’t great (re: Larry & Cheryl’s separation) and this one got off to a bad start; Loretta is just obnoxious, even with cancer

Bored to Death – recorded this on a whim and so far it wasn’t bad; curious to see where the next couple of episodes go

The Office – amusing, but not of the caliber that I’d hope for from The Office; really looking forward to The Wedding, though!

Community – almost as bad as Parks and Recreation, which I’m also not watching again this season

Dollhouse – nice, dark cameo from Lee Adama; I’m also enjoying Ballard’s new involvement from within the Dollhouse

Accidentally On Purpose – caught this totally on accident and recorded the next out of curiosity; somewhat funny, but can definitely see it becoming tedious

Premieres I Haven’t Watched Yet – Dexter

Other New & Notable Shows:
How I Met Your Mother (season 4) – almost caught up! not loving it as much as the last couple of seasons, but it’s still enjoyable to burn through an entire disc in one sitting

Leverage – possibly new favorite show; need to figure out how to catch-up on season 2 once we’re done with How I Met Your Mother
